Here’s 5 fun conversation starters to help your students practice their oral English. It is highly recommended to add “why” at the end of these questions to have students elaborate on their answers.

  • Do you have any pets, if so, what are they?
  • Do you think all animals can be a pet? why?

  • Do you like reading books? why not?
