Aside from teaching online, it is better that we provide teaching tips to students. So, here are some tips we can give you, you can use this whether you are an ESL teacher, a school teacher, whatever nationality you can be, South African English teacher, Filipino English teacher, you can name it all!

So, what better place than a chat room to learn casual, conversational vocabulary? Like television, there is no end to the topics that can be discussed in chat rooms, and if your students find one that piques their interest, they will benefit from seeing the words typed out. Thus, looking up a word in a dictionary is simple, and the process of learning new words may go more quickly.

Social media is another thing that has a huge impact on our lives in the modern era. Following blogs, connecting with friends on Facebook, and following people on Twitter are all examples of how modern technology can teach ESL students useful, unfamiliar vocabulary even while they are on the go. Additionally, your students will learn some of the actual languages that people use in everyday conversation but be forewarned. You might find yourself having to give your students explanations for alternate spellings and abbreviations for words that they cannot find in dictionaries.
